Employee Duties and Responsibilities
– Ability to communicate with customers and other store employees effectively.
– Ability to repair/service all equipment sold in the store, as well as other equipment.
– Prepare necessary required parts list and submit for ordering.
– Effectively utilize computer programs.
– Train, demonstrate and teach basics on the equipment, including start up and maintenance.
– Stay current on all required training/ certifications.
– Able to open/close the store and yard, including security issues if necessary.
– Help maintain grounds & displays to look neat at all times.
– Assist in timely paperwork flow.
– Sell total store & Platt Equipment at all times.
– And all other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
– Operate Company Service Truck
